Every machine inspected before it moves.
SafeNexus Fleet runs your pre-use, post-shift and weekly inspections on the operator's phone, grounds a machine the moment it fails, and follows the defect to the workshop — with the record your safety officer needs when the inspector arrives.
Works offline in the yard and syncs when the signal returns. Sign-in is through your own identity provider — SafeNexus never sees a password.
One shift, three sheets. The app knows which one is due.
The operator opens the app and it already says what comes next — weekly first if it hasn't been done this week, otherwise pre-use, then post-shift at knock-off. The server makes the final call, so a sheet skipped on the phone is still a sheet skipped.
Weekly
The long sheet: fluids, structure, safety devices, documents. Once a week per operator per machine — the rule your policy sets, not ours.
Pre-use
Walk-around before the first move. Each item is Go or No-Go; a No-Go asks for the reason and a photo and signs the sheet with the operator's finger.
Post-shift
Damage, hours, fuel, anything the next operator must know. Never blocked — the point is to capture what happened.
Forms and cadence are designed in the app, not in code: your items, your severities, your repeat sections, your grace days. Change a checklist on Tuesday and every phone has it on Wednesday morning.
What the office sees while the yard works.
The web application is the fleet, drivers, inspections, maintenance, support and users of your organisation in one place — laid out like the Office tools your people already know, with a ribbon, a navigation pane and grids that sort, group and export.
Fleet board
Every machine by depot with its live status: cleared, grounded, awaiting supervisor, licence or certificate of fitness due. Click through to the sheet that put it there.
Defects to job cards
Every No-Go opens a defect. Raise a work order from it, assign the workshop, track progress and the work log with photos, and release the machine when the job is signed off.
Supervisor countersign
Supervisors confirm a Go-but or clear a No-Go with their signing PIN — on the operator's phone at the machine or at the desk. Five wrong attempts lock the PIN.
Drivers and licences
One machine per person, as many people per machine as your shifts need. Licence and PrDP expiry, medicals, and the documents behind them.
Tickets and the reporting line
Operators raise issues from the phone; tickets follow your organisation chart to the right manager and escalate one step at a time.
Notifications
Grounding, release, defects, completed work orders and tickets reach the people on the reporting line by e-mail and in the in-app inbox.
Your data, your questions.
A report builder for the safety officer, dashboards for the morning meeting, and a query workbench for the analyst who wants the SQL. All of it reads your organisation's data and only your organisation's data.
SELECT CAST(i.CapturedLocal AS date) AS [Day], i.DepotCode AS Depot,

SUM(CASE WHEN i.Outcome = 'NoGo' THEN 1 ELSE 0 END) AS [No-Go]

SQL Lab runs read-only, as a sandboxed reader, inside your organisation's row-level security. {{days}} and {{depot}} are dashboard parameters.
- Report builderPick a data set, drag fields to rows and values, filter, pivot, chart, save it for the team, schedule it as a CSV e-mail.
- DashboardsKPI tiles with change against the previous period, charts, tables and notes. Click a depot in one chart and every tile follows.
- Query workbenchA real SQL editor with completion, templates and a chart designer; DAX and MDX against your cubes when you have them.
- Your Microsoft BI estateConnect Power BI, Reporting Services, Analysis Services and Integration Services: embed reports, render PDFs, run packages — credentials stay in deployment configuration, never in the browser.
Built for South African operations.
Yards without signal, inspectors with questions, organisations that share nothing with each other. The system is shaped by those three facts.
Offline first
A finished sheet and its photos wait on the phone and upload when the signal returns. Retries can never double-post; a sheet the server refuses comes back with the reason.
Your identity provider
People sign in with the account they already have — Microsoft Entra ID, Keycloak or any OpenID Connect provider. SafeNexus Fleet never stores or sees a password.
One organisation per lane
Every organisation's data is separated at the database by row-level security. The reporting tools, the BI connectors and the API all inherit that boundary.
POPIA and the OHS Act

Evidence that holds up
Photographs and signatures are stored by their content hash, with the time and position they were captured, behind links that expire.
See it on your own fleet.
A demo takes thirty minutes: your machines, your checklist, one No-Go, and the job card it opens. Bring the person who signs off the inspection register.
